Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana

I was looking for a mobile home park to put my mobile home in. It is older so, they asked me for pictures. Upon sending the pictures to the main office in Texas, they said that I could move there and I signed a one year lease. Yesterday I had my mobile home moved and when they saw it, they said that it was not the same mobile home from the pictures. You put it up next to the other ones and they are the same. I was told that they wouldn't accept it there and it has to be moved. I spent $1,500.00 having it moved and they want another $550.00 to move it to another place. Today the lady called me and told me that my $100.00 deposit and my $260.00 that was paid for the first month could be put toward the move and they wouldn't pay to have it moved. They told me that they could move it to a pasture somewhere. These people are being horrible, I wouldn't want to live there anyway because they would just harass me until I was gone. What can I do?

You can file suit against them but it could be costly. You may need to move it then proceed against them to have any additional costs paid.
