Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana
Oer power went out inside of my apartment due to a natural disaster. Everything inside of my refridgerator that could have gon bad was removed from the refrigerator and the other things that were left inside were condiments, beverages, and canned fruit. The next day i receive a notice on my door saying that all items were removed from my refrigerator and that they are charging me $50 for the removal. They threw away EVERYTHING. Is this legal for them to do?
