Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana
We owner financed our home to another couple (we own the home) about a year and a half ago. In our contract it clearly states that they will maintain the home in the same condition as when they first moved in. They have recently made major changes to the carport without our approval and it is definately not an upgrade. What rights do we have?

It will depend on the language in the contract. You very well may have an action to rescind the contract.
