Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana

I am behind on my rent for my apartment my check had bounced for april without my knowledge and now my rent for may is now due. I agreed to pay April by the 18th of May, but the woman told me that she needs all the money for april and may which i do not have. If I have the money for April paid by the date can she still evict me even though may isn't out yet?
