rental property
we have a mobile home rental lot that is being rented to someone who moved their mobile home on it, they dont want to pay rent and wont move the mobile home off my property, what can i do legally and can i legally take possesion of the mobile home?

You must file a formal eviction proceeding. Louisiana law does not allow "self help" by taking possession of personal property. You must file for eviction and then have the tenant's things (including the mobile home) removed with the assistance of the sheriff.
