hello i signed a lease agreement at and apartment but after i signed like 3 days ago i realize i wasnt going to be able to move there. i never moved into the apartment. is there anything i can do?

You need to inform the lessor and try to cancel the lease. It will depend on the written lease's terms as to what you will be responsible for.
