We signed a lease at an apartment complex for 7 months. We are leaving 2 months early, and gave them our 30 day notice. What are we liable to pay before we leave?

You are liable for the entire lease term, or until the apartment is re-rented, whichever occurs first. Additionally, you will likely forefiet your deposit as stipulated damages, which means you will not get it back and you cannot use it to offset any money you owe the landlord.
