Stop receiving section 8 benefits last month paid rent in full this month I signed a lease with them still have same landlord what lease do I follow or do my landlord give me a new least to sign

If you signed a new lease, the new lease controls. The newest document almost always replaces the old one. If you lost section 8 benefits and signed a new lease to make the full rental payment, you owe the new rental payment.
