Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Louisiana

My tenant was already given me a 30-day notice to terminate the lease. The thiry days has expired but the tenant is still residing in the property without paying the monthly rent. What can I do for immediate eviction?

File for eviction in the City Court, Parish Court, or Justice of the Peace Court with jurisdiction over the property. If the property is in Algiers, you will file in Second City Court at the Algiers Courthouse, located at 225 Morgan Street. If the property is on the Eastbank, go to First City Court which is on the corner of Loyola and Perdido. The clerk's office has forms for the eviction there. Bring a copy of the lease and the tenant's notice of intent to vacate (if it was in writing).
