First of all, I do not know a hot walker from a cold walker. I assume it is the contraption that turns the......nevermind, I have no clue. However if the hot walker is faulty, then you need to have an expert say that. Otherwise there is no proof that it was defective. So you need to immediately have the walker seized and preserved. That costs money both for court costs and for a lawyer to do it. If she disposes of the walker, then you are out of luck because you have no proof that is what caused your horse's death. Forget that "someone" who saw the horse dead or has experience with walkers said that was the cause. Those are opinions of people who did not examine the walker and cannot say WHY it was defective.
