Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Louisiana
I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy and the cpa that was deducting my wages was not sending it in to the trustee so my case was dismissed because i was staying behind now i am out of 3200 dollars can i sue the cpa for the lawyers fees and damages?
