Legal misconduct

If attorney acts for the succession and also acts as the attorney for the sale of succession Real Estate and allows someone who he is in business with(3 Louisiana L.L.C) to bid and purchase the property without disclosing his legal partnerships with the buyer to the court even when the legatees advised the court that the bid was to low since it was over 8 months old and the value had gone up???.
