Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Louisiana
I recently had my sixed child. The asked for an epidural and after my delivery i encountered sever headaches and stiffness in my neck. They told me it was a spinal headache. The next day the medical assistance took blood form my arm and tryed to blot the injection site. This did not help. I went hope and experience more excruciating head aches, i could stand on my own. I went to the emergency room and epediately they performed a ct scan. To idientify if I had a air pocket in my crebrial fluieds, well you guessed right the air pocket is in the ventricles in my brain. Is this a medical malpractice law suit, even though i gave concent to perform the epidural.

Your problem is very common in epidurals. I would not file, but I am sure you can find someone who will file for you.
