Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Louisiana

What rights do I have as a husband if my wife is in a behavioral medicine ward for paranoia and some delusional thoughts. The Dr. is giving herr medicines I feel are harmfull and are causing her problems.

Rights about what? If you think your wife is being harmed you can ask the doctor to allow your doctor to examine her or you can ask the court to allow it.......I assume a Behavioral Medicine Ward is either a psych ward or a drug abuse ward. Either way, you as the spouse have many rights concerning your wife, especially if you fear she is being maltreated.
