underage dating punishment?
I have a soon to be 20 year old boyfriend in the army and I am 16. Is is illegal for us to date and have sex? He has been told that he could be court marshaled for this. Is it true?

Your boyfriend does not violate military law by dating and having a physical relationship with you, so long as you are at least 16 years old.
