Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana

#454353881

I'm responding to the answers I received the doctor said my mri showed Lumbar spine injuries and yes I have had 2 Mri's I'm losing earnings everyweek because I go to Physical Therapy on my lunch break. I'm not sure of the policy limits of the other vehicle and what do you mean when you said '' Was he/she in the course and scope of employment at the time of the accident''?? I think the guy had 10/20/10 but I'm not sure and what do you mean if its only a 10,000 policy I should have already gotten that amount. After the incident I cancelled my insurance because my car was totaled there was not need for insurance and I haven't gotten another one yet so would my insurance policy still be responsible for my medical coverage because I believe I had uninsured motorist and medical payments coverage.

An 8 month old injury which is still being treated is worth the $10,000. Your insurance would still cover you since it was in force at the time of the accident. You need to contact them right away and give them your medical bills. As soon as you get the $10,000, make a demand against your UM coverage.

If its only $10K that is very little and with your spinal injuries you should get it all. It is not advantageous to go back and forth this way. if you want to email me, you may do so at [email protected]
