Auto Accident
Involved in accident, don't have unisued motorist coverage, not at fault however given a ticket, went to trial ticket dismiss. Can I file a claim against other driver for vehicle
damages, my injuries and my passagners injuries?

Of course you can. Getting a ticket does not prevent suing. Your passenger must file their own suit. If you have med-pay in your policy, then you can get the meds paid for yourself and passenger up to the limits, without worry of increase in premium and without having to pay it back.

Of course you can. One difficulty you may face is that one attorney cannot represent both you and your passenger. Since you received a ticket there may be some liability on your part and that would be a conflict for one attorney to handle both cases.
