First thing is go to the doctor. Charge it to your health care plan if you have one. If you cannot afford to go, contact the owner of the car you were in and see if they had "MEDICAL PAYMENTS" coverage. If they did, then they have to pay NO MATTER WHO WAS AT FAULT. If no med-pay, then you will probably have to pay and then try to collect from the insurance or directly from the person at fault.
Re: auto accident
You should also know that you may have only one year from the date of the accident to sue for your damages. So, if the accident was on February 2, 2007, you would have to file suit by February 2, 2008, or forever lose your right to recover for your injuries.
If you have never been seen by a doctor since the accident, you may have some problems relating the injuries you have to the accident (e.g., proving that the accident caused your injuries). Nevertheless, if you are still in pain, you should get treatment and file a claim.
Re: auto accident
You should contact a lawyer immediatly. You have one year to file a lawsuit. Seek immediate counsel.
Best.
