Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana

Hi,

I was involved in a accident with a commercial truck company in early februray. When thepolice came out they didnt cite anyone due to conflicting information. But, the police stated in thier report that they spoke to a witness that stated the truck was hoging both lanes and still they cited no one. So, now my car was totaled and I gave the insurance company a recorded statement of the incident and they claim that thier company is 50% liably and me as well is 50% at fault.

I am seeking therapy since the accident and I have taken a MRI which I have permanent damage. My whole question is this will the insurance company eventually admit 100% fault? And I threatned them with a lawsuit. Can u give me legal advise? Please

The insurance company probably will never admit 100% fault. You almost certainly will have to file suit to get your damages--especially if you have permanent injuries. You should hire an auto accident attorney if you have not already done so.
