Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana

I was involved in an accident. The other driver ran a stop sign. He was at fault for the damage done to my car. My insurance policy has me listed as an exluded driver but the car is in my name. Is the other insurance responsible for paying for property damage and/or repairs?

I don't know how you could be an excluded driver on your own vehicle. Nevertheless, if you were an excluded driver, you were driving without insurance. That means that the Louisiana No Pay No Play statute would exclude you from filing suit for the first $10,000 of property damage and the first $10,000 of personal injury.
