Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana

Me and a few friends were standing and having a conversation ending the night at a night clubwhich had emptied out to about 15 peopleThere was no fight no altercation and one of the

officers spray mace. Everybody started to cough and gag. No verbal warning or noting. can i take leagal action. There are plenty of witnesses including the band. Can we take leagal action

Absolutely. This is a textbook tort claim. Someone injured you and they are liable for your damages. What would make it better is if there were several people all corraborating the story. Contact me for more information.
