Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana

neck injury/minor child

My nine 9 yr old child was involved in a auto accident while in louisiana visiting her father. I haven't been able to obtain information from the family or details of the wreck. I have filed a claim with my auto insurance in florida to cover her medical. This doesn't seem right, that my insurance is paying. I want the drivers insurance to pay. What are my rights.

I would recommend that you contact an attorney in Louisiana to represent your daughter in this matter. The name and contact information for the responsible party, along with their insurance information can often be found in the accident report.
