Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana
My olde English bulldog is recovering from a 41/2 hr surgery to repair his intestines caused by eating several pieces of Nylabone... He had massive infection and almost died! These bones are supposed to "safe" and "vet reccomened" but they are not. They do not show up on X-rays either. I feel that the nylabone company should be held responsible and pay my vet bills. Can I sue them and what type of attorney would handle this?

Yes, you can sue. It sounds like a products liability case. You want an attorney that handles products liability claims. If the problem is widespread, it could give rise to a class action.

I seem to agree with Mr. Lambert a lot....but I do this time again.....so, hire someone in your zip code to handle it.
