Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana
I was parallel parking a friends car very slowly and bumped into the car behind me. I don't think i caused any damage because the car had obvious pre-existing damages. I quickly alerted my friend and he left a note to the driver with his contact information. My questions are, is it even likely that the cars owner will call, and how much trouble am i in?

You shouldn't be in any trouble. You left a note for minor damage done during parking, which is a standard practice. While leaving the scene could be construed as hit and run, the fact that you left a note shows that you had no desire to avoid responsibility and, as I said, that is a common practice when one hits a parked car with no owner in it.
As for how likely it is that the owner will call, nobody can answer that except the owner himself.
