I ask the agent that rented me the car ,if full coverage covers the car and the people in the renter car when I purchase it, and she stated yes. what can I do if now thier stating that full coverage only covers the renter, and the car.

You may need an attorney to get it settled. They should be responsible for all occupants. The rental insurance paperwork may provide the information. You are in New Orleans so I can recommend Warren "Chip" Forstall-or any attorney that specializes in personal injury. Bring a copy of any documents. But remember the driver of the vehicle who struck you is the one who is liable. If you have insurance for yourself that includes uninsured or underinsured coverage, that is also available.
