Personal injury case
After being under a chiropractic doctor for 6 weeks. can i be elgible for more than $1700.00 settlement when im still in pain and suffering from depression.

I assume what you are asking is whether your injury is worth more than $1,700. If your treatment is for only 6 weeks, then that amount, plus all your medical bills and lost wages and car damages, seems to be reasonable. What I tell my clients is, if you are REALLY injuried, then be willing to do the time it takes to get well. The longer it takes to get well, the more money the injury is worth.
