Personal Injury at school

If me son hurt himself during school P.E class, but i wasnt the school's fault, but the school failed to attend to me after i had told them what happened, and it turns out i broke my ankle and they made me walk on it and didnt contact my parents or even get me some type of help, Do i have a case against them?
