Legal Question in Personal Injury in Louisiana
My question in 2007 Someone used Nano technology to invade my life and read my thyoughts. Also someone broke into my home when I was in Richmond VA shortly afterward and implanted a listening device into my head on the left side and some type of technology that allow folks to see what I see. Everytime the technology is accessed I feel it. I have people telling me things that go on in my life that they should not know. For instance last month I bought a new mobile phone and blocked my sister's phone number. I was in my home alone in Baton Rouge LA. I visited My eldest brother's home in Houma LA and my younger sister calls me and asked why did I block her number. I never to this day ever gave out the phone number (I don't even know the number on that phone) no one was in my home with me and until she called asking about me blocking the number, I never mentioned it to anyone. How do I get this stuff out of me and prosecute those responsible? I have now knowledge as to why I was targeted. No police or any law enforcement has ever contacted me accusing me of anything. To my knowledge I have been punished without Due process = is the legal principle that the government must respect all of the legal rights that are owed to a person according to the law.

I am not sure what you are seeking here. If you want to sue someone for invasion of privacy or injuring your reputation or psychological injury, then you will need to know who caused you this consternation. If you have something planted in your head that you actually can feel, you need to see a doctor and tell him what is happening. You need an X Ray or CT scan or MRI to determine what was implanted in your head. If you have evidence of something in your head and who did it, you have a huge lawsuit.
