Legal Question in Product Liability in Louisiana
Asbestos
A medical office that I frequented is known to have has/had asbestos in their building. The owners knew of this and had some of the asbestos removed by unlicensed persons. They still have asbestos in thier office and have neglected to tell their patients or their employees. My question is do we have a right to file a claim against this company or what legally can we do?

Re: Asbestos
If your exposure to the asbestos has injuried you, and the office knew about the danger and did not remedy it, you certainly may have a claim. If you continued to frequent the office knowing of the "danger," then your cause of action may be compromised.
