Legal Question in Product Liability in Louisiana

I just left a pediatric dentist who informed me that the otc allergy medicine I was told to give my child every night has caused severe erosion on her front teeth. I am now looking at a minimum of $4000 to correct. Do I have any legal recourse to seek help to defray this expense?

Possibly. If this drug has such a serious problem, you may want to do some research online and see if the drug is part of a class action lawsuit. Cases like that are VERY expensive to litigate, so they are usually handled by very large firms in class actions. Do a google search for the drug name and see if there is some litigation over the issue already.
