I have 3 brothers, 1 sister who are living, 1 deceased bro no childern, 1 deceased sister with 3 childern, both out parents are deceased, when property is sold , do my deceased sister childern entitle to my sister portion of the sale of property in louisiana

Unless there is a will that states otherwise, yes. Under the normal rules of intestate succession (without a will), your sister's children inherit their mother's portion of your parents' estate. All estates would have to be opened and all heirs placed into possession (your parents, who originally owned the home, as well as your deceased sister). You will not be able to sell the house unless the successions are opened.
