Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

Air rights over my home and property owned by myself

I am a Ham Radio operator. I have an antenna tower on my property and has been there 27 years. When I turn my antenna from north to south the tip of the elements cross my property line but never remain over the line. I now have a new neighbor and he objects. How much air space does a person have control of over their home and property ? MY previous neighbor never objected. Thanks.

Without more information, I believe you have the argument that the open continuous use of the airspace for a period has given you a servitude over that space.
