I have been approved for a reverse mortgage loan and my house just sold, should i go ahead with the reverse mortgage

I am confused. You want to take money on a house you do not own?? That is theft by fraud. If I am misinterpreted what you wrote, then rewrite it in more detail. Besides, if you do not own the house that you are about to reverse mortgage, the company will never give the money since they will do the title research.
