Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

My ex boyfriend and I bought a mobile home together, and put it on my land. How can we get the house in my name? Does he have any legal rights to the home since it's on my land?

You can get it in your name if he donates it to you. By we, I thought you were speaking about you and your boyfriend, but I see he is your EX BOYFRIEND.....if the WE is a new boyfriend, then I can't help you. You need an attorney in the zip code where you live.
