Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

My car was fixed a couple of weeks ago. i needed to get a power steering pump and a couple of hoses replace. i was told my car was fixed so i paid the guy. left his place of business and about a block away my car caught on fire and had to jump out. informed business but they said it is not there fault. i need to know if i can file suit against this business.

You can sue whomever you wish, but you need an expert to tell you what caused the fire. If it had nothing to do with their work, then you will be wasting money. You are suing, so you have the burden of proving their work or activities with regard to the repairs caused the fire.
