Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

My cash sale on my land has the paragraph about transfer of all rights.... does that mean that the mineral rights were transferred as well? There was no separate section about the reservation of mineral rights.

If there is no reservation of minerals, then there is no reservation of minerals.
