Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

We have a contract for property that was noterized in caddo parrish La that was recorded and have made our payments and the people we bought from posted eviction with no reason or anything.

. Can they do this

. Can i sue them for all repairs we made

in our contract i paid them an extra 10% for financing for us can i get that back. Also i have 5 kids and my other is handicapped. We are hard working and had abided by our aggreement and now what we have worked for is being ripped out from under our feet can someone advise me on what we need to do.

If you have done nothing to violate the agreement, then you cannot be evicted.
