I have a signed contract to buy a house. I recieved a call today the sellers transfer orders have been cancelled(military) and they want to get out of the contract. i do not. what should i do?

I will not tell you what you "should do" with a member of our military. However, unless the sale is conditioned on the transfer occuring, then you can force them to sell.
