Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana
Dirt Track
Neighbors have cleared their own land beside our home to make a dirt track. Can they legally do this? I know it is their land, but I am concerned with noise, privacy and safety of children at our home.

You need to check the subdivision/parish zoning restrictions.....if none or they are not applicable....then ask the police jury/city council about their land use restrictions.....also check on noise and nuisance ordinances and laws.....look at whatever applies, city, parish, and/or state.
