Disclosures

What recourse do we have after we found severe termite damage and sub par AC condition after purchase of house. Inspection and disclosure said it was all in good shape?

Depends on whether the inspector had insurance or a bond to back his inspection report. Otherwise, if mere inspection by you would have disclosed the problem, you may have problems. However, contact the real estate agent who did the closing and express your concern. All known problems must be disclosed.
