Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

I am executor of my parents estate in Louisiana and have bought one of your Limited Power of Attorney forms for the sale of Real Estate in Louisiana. I live in California and have several siblings in other states as well. We would like to have my nephew to sign all paperwork as power of attorney for us as he lives in Louisiana. We have an offer for some of the properety and have all agreed to the offer for said property. The bottom of your form says State of Louisiana for notary to sign on, Can the notary cross of Louisiana and put the state where each of us live or do we need one for each state. It's confusing because the land is in Louisiana, but we all live in other states.

Thank you for your time concerning this matter

That's the problem with using forms instead of hiring a lawyer. Have notaries where you live notarize the form, then mail them back to the nephew here in Louisiana. That, of course, assumes the forms are correct in the first place. There are a lot of bad forms out there.
