we have property inherited & bought from parents. 4 serviving children and 4 children of deceased sibling. how do we clear up all the mess it has caused? Mothers half was aquired form sucession. Dad did Quitclaim Deed for $10.00 to the 5 of us. There is a house and 5 acers of land. House was used by sister and now son. It is distroyed, but her son is living there with out permission form any one. the 4 siblings are paying taxes no insurance. Son will not answer door and has camers on house. Son has 1/4 of 1/5 ownership WHAT DO I NEED TO DO.
