If the house was purchasedduring the marriage between he and your mom, your mom has a life use of the house. You are one of your father's heirs, so you will own a part of his half. Your mother can give her portion to you and the succession attorney could help her do that. You will then own the largest portion. However, the other heirs' will have tobepaid for their portions in order for you to have title.
