Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

Hi, My father died 10 years ago when I was a minor at which time my estranged brother filed and gained heirship of his estate in California. But my Father also had a home in Louisiana which my grandmother was living in. However my grandmother just recently died and the brother that took the property in California Died as well and I'm wondering what I can do to establish rights to my fathers property in Louisiana. His name was never taken off of that property. but he died in california
