Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana
Father passed away named a sibiliing as Executrix of sibilings property. Can she sign a will in case of death and name her adult children all of our property?

What you wrote is confusing. Since there is obviously a will, since someone was named executrix, then the will says who gets what and that determines everyones share. Not what the executrix does but what your father did.
