Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana
Golf Course
I built my house 5 years ago. Since then a golf course has built behind me and the course is designed to play over a portion of my property in the rear. I have always found golf balls in my backyard, but last week a golfer broke one of my windows. What legal recourse do I have?

Re: Golf Course
Golfer's homeowners insurance should pay for this. I pulled hooked a drive out of bounds and onto a street at my course and it hit and ruined the hood of a truck. My insurance agent was with me and he got all the information from the truck owner and paid for the damage from my homeowners insurance.
