Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

My Grandparents divorced over 17 years ago and both are still alive. My grandfather (who has remarried) wants to give me commercial property in another state, but it's still in both of my grandparents name( even after the divorce). My grandmother( who lives in another state) is willing to sign the property over to me. What do I have to do to get this property in my name.
