Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

Once you get a subdivision petition signed, what do you do with it to get it recorded and severed. Nineteen lots and one is not restricted all other are restricted and the one wants to put on house trailer with all other lots with brick homes. We want to keep out the trailer.We are in a huge hurry for a reply so we can stop this. The trailer is on its way. Can we stop it.All signed the petition except three lots, all others signed, we have more than two thirds signed.

It may be too late. You should have taken the petition to the police jury and requested the property be zoned to exclude trailers.
