Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Louisiana

Hey, I was accused of hitting a trailor with my skateboard, they called the police, cops came, it took them an hour to find the dent they said I hit, no videos were took, I have a court date in a month, what will happen. And I didn't even hit it.

You should get an attorney. In any event, I would recommend that you gather any possible evidence and witnesses you have, if any, and prepare for your day in court. I'm not a fan of people pleading guilty to things they did not do just because the state brought charges. If you are innocent, stand up for your innocence.
