i own my home with a $54,000.00 mortgage. i want to add my boyfriend to the deed and refinance. my credit is bad and i do not qualify for refinancing. his credit is good.
can you help?

There will have to be a sale to your friend. He can apply for a loan and the proceeds will go on your loan. You will have to find a lender willing to do this.
